Shutting down rumors that cropped up over the weekend, Eminem is denying that he lip-synced on " Saturday Night Live" (November 2).
Performing his new single, "Berzerk," viewers became suspicious of a lack of live rapping. However, the 41-year-old star's rep assures that he "was not lip syncing" and that he merely "doubles his vocals live. Rhymes over a vocal track. He only does it sporadically through the songs. They're accent tracks."
The tune is one of 16 that make up his new album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which hits stores on November 5th.
Fans can expect some added starpower on the record, including Kendrick Lamar, Skylar Grey, Rihanna, and fun. lead singer Nate Ruess.
